Members of a mastermind group are committed to each others success also because they have an understanding that success is a team sport. The sky is big enough for everybody so to speak.

You need a mastermind group because running an online business can sometimes get lonely. Iron sharpens iron and two heads are always better than one.

Most times your mastermind group will accelerate your success because different mastermind members contribute something unique which might very well be the piece you were missing to enable you to change your playing field.

A mentor is not your friend; a mentor is your coach. Make sure you find a mentor and not a friend. What qualifies an individual to be your mentor? That individual must have achieved what you want to achieve and must have a proven system that can be followed to achieve similar results.

The benefit of choosing a mentor is you gain the experience of the mentor once you become that mentor's protégé. If you are careful to do what your mentor teaches you will take a few years of your learning curve. It will put you in front of the queue and change your playing field.
